Greg has over 32 years experience in the glass and glazing business. Greg provides strategic direction to the company and also oversees the commercial department, including: estimating, engineering and design assist, scheduling and coordination with the field. Greg has been involved in a number of community service organizations including several years of service on the board of Directors and as President of the Greater Everett Community Foundation.
Scott Murphy joined the Company as Chief Operating and Financial Officer in 2008. Previous to GBI, Scott was Vice President of Finance for Safeco Insurance Company where he held a number of senior level finance positions since June 2000, including a 2 year stint as CFO for Safeco Surety. His current responsibilities include oversight of Operations, HR, IT and Finance functions as well as day-to-day leadership of the Commercial Division. Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Audit committee chair for Mountain Pacific Bank and is a 1984 graduate of the University of Washington with a BA in Business Administration. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington.
Geoff has over 33 years experience in the glass and glazing business. Geoff is a managing owner and oversees the residential division of the business, to include residential window sales, installation, service and retail sales.
Geoff is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Everett, Chairman of the Joint Apprenticeship Training Council for Residential Glaziers, Trustee for the District Council 5 Apprenticeship & Training Fund and a Trustee for the Western Glaziers Retirement Fund.
Skip Crout joined the company as the Vice President of the Residential Division in 2009. Previous to joining Goldfinch, Skip was the VP-Finance for a beverage distributor for 13 years, and worked for a regional CPA firm for 12 years prior to that. His current responsibilities include oversight of the residential division, including sales and operations. Skip is a graduate of Seattle University with a BA in Business Administration, and holds a CPA-Inactive certificate with the State of Washington. Skip has served on many not-for-profit Boards in the greater Everett area, including Rosehill Community Center, the Everett Community College Foundation and the Everett Golf and Country Club.
