Chief Executive Officer - Greg Goldfinch
Greg has over 36 years experience in the glass and glazing business. Greg provides strategic direction to the company and also oversees the commercial department, including: estimating, engineering and design assist, scheduling and coordination with the field. Greg has been involved in a number of community service organizations including several years of service on the board of Directors and as President of the Greater Everett Community Foundation.
President - Scott Murphy
Scott Murphy joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer in October 2008 and in February 2014 was promoted to President. Prior to joining the Goldfinch team, Scott served as Vice President of Finance for Safeco Insurance Company where he held a number of senior level finance positions from June 2000 to October 2008, including a 2 year period as CFO for Safeco Surety.
His current responsibilities include day-to-day leadership of both the Commercial and Residential Divisions as well as oversight of the HR, IT and Finance functions. In January 2013, Scott was appointed to a one year term on the Everett City Council and in November 2013, he was elected to a four year term. In addition to his role at Goldfinch, Scott is the Chief Strategy Advisor to Aurora Systems, Inc. (dba AD Systems), a Company he co-founded in 2013. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Mountain Pacific Bank, a community bank headquartered in Everett, Washington. He is a 1984 graduate of the University of Washington with a BA in Business Administration.
Vice President - Geoff Goldfinch
Geoff has over 37 years experience in the glass and glazing business. Geoff is a managing owner and oversees the residential division of the business, to include residential window sales, installation, service and retail sales.
Geoff is currently a member of the Rotary Club of Everett, Chairman of the Joint Apprenticeship Training Council for Residential Glaziers, Trustee for the District Council 5 Apprenticeship & Training Fund and a Trustee for the Western Glaziers Retirement Fund.
